Can Medical Providers Receive Insurance Monies Owed?

https://lawyerfightsforyou.com/ (Orlando, Florida) (Winter Haven, Florida) law firm Bloodworth Law handles Personal Injury Protection. Bloodworth Law attorney and partner Alyson M. Laderman explains in this video that she often had medical providers say, "I don't want to pursue additional benefits, because I'm scared I'm going to be on an insurance company's radar." But the reality is, you already are. They know when you're willing to take less than what you are legally entitled to recuperate from the insurance company. They know when they can take advantage of you. That's why it's important to find an attorney that you trust to handle your case against the insurance carrier and to recoup additional benefits for your practice that are due. Attorney L. Reed Bloodworth, the Managing Partner of Bloodworth Law, PLLC, handles for clients across the state. Reed represents plaintiffs and defendants in cases including: Trust Litigation: o Trustee Defense o Breach of Fiduciary Duty o Undue Influence o Lack of Capacity o Accounting Actions o Tortious Interference with a Testamentary Expectancy Probate Litigation: o Defense of Personal Representatives o Breach of Fiduciary Duty o Undue Influence o Lack of Capacity o Accounting Actions o Tortious Interference with a Testamentary Expectancy Business & Commercial Litigation: o Breach of Contract o Business Torts o Shareholder & Partnerships o Breach of Fiduciary Duty o Real Estate Litigation o Negligent/Fraudulent Misrepresentation Employment Law o Non-Compete Agreements o Discrimination or Harassment o Overtime & Minimum Wage o Business Policies Estate Planning: o Preparation of Wills o Preparation of Trusts o Preparation of Living Will o Preparation of Living Trust o Powers of Attorney o Advance Health Care Directives o Guardianship Personal Injury Protection Litigation o For doctors o For dentists o For hospitals o For medical providers Mediation o For families, businesses, and individuals Reed has practiced Florida law since 2004 and has handled hundreds of cases for clients across Florida in cities including: • Daytona Beach • Fort Meyers • Fort Lauderdale • Isleworth • Kissimmee • Lakeland • Naples • Orlando • St. Augustine • St. Petersburg • Sarasota • Tampa • Tavares • The Villages • Windermere • Winter Haven • Winter Park • West Palm Beach To learn more about Bloodworth Law, visit https://LawyerFightsForYou.com Call the office for an appointment with an attorney at 407-777-8541. Can PIP Insurance Pennies Be Turned Into Dollars?

Can PIP Insurance Pennies Be Turned Into Dollars?

https://lawyerfightsforyou.com/ (Orlando, Florida) (Winter Haven, Florida) law firm Bloodworth Law handles Personal Injury Protection Litigation. Attorney and partner Alyson M. Laderman explains in this video that sometimes she's asked, "why bother chasing the pennies?" Her answer is that a lot of PIP insurance litigation feels like you're chasing pennies. But the reality is that those pennies can turn into dollars, which can turn into hundred of dollars, and can turn into thousands of dollars. For example, imagine the little jar in your kitchen, and every day you take the coins out of your purse or your wallet, and you put them into the jar. Every day you do this, just a few pennies here, and a few pennies there. And by the end of the month, you might have anywhere between $50 to several hundred dollars, depending on how many pennies are recovered. PIP is the same idea. So with one of our medical doctors, in particular, we had found a very nuanced specific new legal issue with the time. And just on that issue, which was for a mere three codes of treatment, where two percent had been siphoned off, in a year-and-a-half, we recovered $90,000 in pennies for that doctor. You don't know how it adds up until it does. And you don't know what you've lost until you've gotten it back. Attorney L.
